Chelsea C. Michta

Title VIII CEE Fellow

Chelsea C. Michta is a PhD candidate in modern European history at the University of Cambridge. Previously she earned her MPhil at the University of Cambridge and her BA from Amherst College. At CEPA she will research the policy options available to NATO to strengthen deterrence along the Alliance’s northeastern frontier, with the aim of generating a range of policy choices and analyzing the risks and advantages of each.
