Krisztián Jójárt is an Associate Scholar with the Center for European Policy Analysis where he served as a CEPA-HIF Andrassy National Security Fellow in 2018. He is also a fellow at the Budapest-based Center for Strategic and Defense Studies. His areas of research are Russia’s military reform and Russia’s new type warfare with a focus on contemporary Russian military thought, particularly the Russian understanding of asymmetric warfare. He earned his M.A. in security and defense policy from the National University of Public Service where he is currently pursing a doctorate in Military Studies.
