In the inaugural edition of the new Power Vertical Podcast at CEPA, we take a look at the changing nature of the battle for Ukraine. Does Ukraine’s recent rebranding of the conflict mark a change in strategy? As Vladimir Putin begins his fourth term, will Russia change tactics? How will the U.S. delivery of Javelin antitank missiles change the equation on the battlefield in the Donbas? And how does the political battlefield look as Ukraine enters a potentially volatile election season?  Joining me is Volodymyr Dubovyk, director of the Center for International Studies at Mechnikov National University in Odesa.
