Title VIII CEE Fellow
Sebastiano Dina is a foreign affairs analyst with a specialty in Russian information warfare and U.S.-EU relations. Prior to participating in the Title VIII program, Sebastiano co-authored a nuclear security crisis simulation for the Hudson Institute and U.S. Congress, held a research assistantship at the Center for European Policy Analysis, interned at the U.S. Congress, and worked as a Content Data Specialist for Tesla Government. He holds a first-class honors BA in Politics and International relations from Royal Holloway, University of London, and an MA in International Affairs from the George Washington University, Elliott School of International Affairs. During his Title VIII Fellowship, Sebastiano will focus on Russian cyberwarfare aimed against critical infrastructure systems in the Baltic states.
